Mantri Insights was founded in 2018 by myself, an experienced GP Partner in Bath. I studied medicine at Kings College London and qualified in 2001. Having originally embarked on surgical training in London I switched to general practice and moved to Bath in 2005. Excelling in this role with excellent knowledge and communication skills I quickly established a glowing local reputation.
During this time I developed an aptitude for leadership and management. I served 5 years on BANES CCG board as well as being their Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO). I led on a number of IT health and transformational projects as well as achieving a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the Open University. A stint leading the merger of 6 local practices followed but despite all these endeavours I always felt there was more he could do.
A born geek with a penchant for apple products I’ve always harboured hopes of becoming the next Steve Jobs. I excel in learning new things and adapting my style to suit those around him. I am also passionate about how health systems are organised as well as how individuals can thrive. I am currently undertaking my ILM level 5 coaching qualification. Constantly dreaming up ways of how technology could enhance clinical services I’m happiest when in front of a whiteboard or writing code. Mantri Insights combines my love of technology, clinical knowledge and ability to think analytically.
